Mark Flynn

Mark Flynn is the founder of Flynn Life Sciences Group LLC. He started Flynn in 2009 as a sole owner and has grown the firm exponentially, both in sales and in staff. In 2016, Flynn had an exceptional year, increasing revenue by over 100%.

For over two decades, he developed a niche in the Pharmaceutical staffing industry by applying an innovative, persistent and efficient approach. In these twenty years, he has placed top tier consultants into contract and direct-to-hire positions with Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Clinical Research Organizations.

Before starting his own staffing firm he achieved extensive experience in Contract Staffing, Recruiting, Business Development, as well as developing sales teams at 3 other Life Sciences staffing firms. Mark was consistently the top producing Recruiter and/or Account Manager at these firms. At his last company Mark grew the Net Profit by 220%.

His capability to display hard work, enthusiasm, commitment, and an exceptional level of perseverance is evident by his long term relationships with clients and consultants alike. His knowledgeable and go-getter attitude is a large part of his many business styles, which he effortlessly applies to all aspects of his professional life.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Springfield College and now resides in Natick, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.

Eric Samargedlis

Eric joined Flynn Life Sciences Group in 2016 bringing over 20 years of successful staffing experience within the industry’s largest firms. Prior to joining Flynn he served as Executive Vice President over North American operations for Hudson Global. As EVP over North America’s IT staffing practice he led operations to several years of revenue and earnings growth over his 12 years leading to the successful sale of the IT practice to Mastech in 2015.

Previous to Hudson, he was responsible for leading the New England region’s technology practice for Kelly Services turning around a low performing region into the nation’s fastest growing business unit.

Prior to Kelly, Eric was a Chairman’s Award winner for Robert Half International providing division leadership for the Boston branch of RHI’s software development staff augmentation specialty. He built this operation from scratch to the top performing office worldwide. He also earned President’s Club status as a salesperson while in the Chicago office in his first two years with RHI.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and lives in Walpole, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
